JoeCartoon.com (“JoeCartoon”) cares about the privacy of you and your personal information. JoeCartoon provides technology and services to facilitate the streaming and digital transfer of content owned by JoeCartoon or independent third parties who wish to offer to stream or digitally distribute their content to end users (“you” or “Consumers”). In connection with providing such technology and services, and facilitating such content streaming and transfer, JoeCartoon collects and retains certain information about consumers. Registration

JoeCartoon has features where you can submit information to JoeCartoon (such as when contacting JoeCartoon with a question or feedback). JoeCartoon may retain your emails and other information you submit to JoeCartoon for JoeCartoon’s internal purposes, and to help JoeCartoon to serve you better.
AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION
JoeCartoon’s technology has features that automatically collect information from Consumers to assist JoeCartoon in creating sites that honor Consumer’s preferences and serve their interests and needs. The information is gathered and stored in log files. This information includes, but is not limited to, Internet Protocol addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data.
JoeCartoon may use this information, which does not identify you, in various ways, including, but not limited to, analyzing trends, administering JoeCartoon, tracking Consumers’ movements around JoeCartoon and to gather demographic information about the JoeCartoon user base as a whole.
JoeCartoon may use cookies, which are small data files containing information about the user that are stored on the user’s hard drive. Some cookies are used to make login to JoeCartoon easier (such as by remembering usernames and passwords). If, however, you prefer not to enable cookies, you may disable them. WITH WHOM YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED
Information may be shared with advertisers, including their management and representatives. As with other third parties, JoeCartoon is not responsible for how the advertisers handle the data once they receive it.

CHOICE
By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly choose to receive certain communications from JoeCartoon and third parties at the direction of JoeCartoon, and you expressly agree to the privacy practices described herein. DATA COLLECTION FROM CHILDREN
JoeCartoon strives to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). JoeCartoon does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age without appropriate parental notice and consent. JoeCartoon actively attempts to screen-out children from data collection and/or use of interactive or community features. JoeCartoon is committed to protecting children’s privacy.

SECURITY
Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to JoeCartoon. JoeCartoon stores your personal information securely, and use special procedures designed to protect the information JoeCartoon collects from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. JoeCartoon restricts access to member information to those employees of JoeCartoon who need access to perform their job functions, such as JoeCartoon’s customer service personnel and technical staff. MERCHANT / E-COMMERCE AREAS
JoeCartoon make available certain items for purchase. In order to complete purchases made on the website, JoeCartoon may collect billing address and credit card information (such as account name, number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes only and is not otherwise shared. In the future, JoeCartoon may also feature special purchases or product offerings which link to a number of other third-party store sites and those stores may collect and use your personal information and credit information to process your order subject to their own privacy policies. JoeCartoon is not responsible for the privacy policies of those other websites and advises you to check their policies and terms and conditions as they may vary.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
JoeCartoon reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time, so JoeCartoon encourages you to review this Privacy Policy from time to time. If JoeCartoon makes changes, JoeCartoon will post them to make Consumers aware of what the changes are so Consumers will always be aware of what information JoeCartoon collects, how JoeCartoon uses it, and when JoeCartoon may disclose it. A Consumer is bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he uses the site after those changes have been posted. If, however, JoeCartoon is going to use a Consumer’s personally identifiable information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, JoeCartoon will notify Consumers by posting a notice on JoeCartoon’s website for 30 days prior to the effectiveness of any such changes.
DISPUTES
